Compliance is a key component of our entrepreneurial thinking and actions. Our rules of conduct protect our employees, our company and our customers and partners.

To underline the importance of this principle, we have described our attitude to legal requirements and ethical issues in more detail in our Code of Conduct. The Code of Conduct serves as a guideline in our dealings with each other and, of course, in our business transactions. This naturally includes our suppliers.

Our Compliance System is supplemented by a Whistleblower System. Employees, business partners and third parties can report irregular behaviour at any time.
