How the BRITA MEMO works

To ensure an optimum performance you should change your filter cartridge on a regular basis. The BRITA "MEMO"  is the world's first electronic cartridge exchange indicator. The display counts down the remaining cartridge life and then flashes to tell you when to change your cartridge after 8 weeks.

		Each time you fit a new filter cartridge, press and hold the "START" button until the indicator shows 100%.
		The "MEMO" feature will then count down the remaining cartridge life.  Four bars will initially be visible, one bar disappearing every two weeks.
		The flashing display tells you when to change the cartridge.

Note: Some filter jug models have a manually adjusted date "Calendar" to help you remember when to replace the filter cartridge.
