BRITA is internationally renowned for its expertise in the field of drinking water optimisation. For this reason, the protection of natural resources, especially of water, is of great significance to our company. Sustainability, environmental protection but also corporate commitment in general are principles that have always been deeply rooted in our corporate culture.
The streams and floodplains of our great European rivers, such as the Rhine, the Oder and the Danube, which in many cases connect several European countries, are not only some of the most diverse and highly endangered habitats on the planet: In addition, for many regions, these rivers represent one source of our tap water, and therefore our drinking water.
Friends of the Earth International and BUND, the German section of this renowned environmental organisation, have joined forces to set up a project aimed at protecting these rivers. With your support, we are keen to contribute to this project.
