Method: Mix all ingredients in 3L hot water until dissolved.  Add mixture & 20L of filtered water to the beer fermenter.  At yeast and ferment as per instructions on the tin.  All ingredients can be bought at Big W.  Great BRITA Beer, by great BRITA Water

I believe it is healthy to drink BRITA filtered water.  I had been drinking from my daughter's BRITA.  I actually noticed a big difference in my health.  Being an asthmatic I used to wheeze a lot.  I was then determined not to drink straight tap water as I had heard that it was not healthy or pure to drink.  I have been drinking filtered water for about 6 months and didn't have to buy asthma medication or see a doctor for asthma.  I am very happy with BRITA filtered water.

My reasons for buying a BRITA Filter Jug were (a) the taste of our tap water, which has become almost undrinkable (b) from a health concern, because I have recently adopted a “2 litres a day” regiment. Taste – critically important when drinking water has a “discipline” and without the imperative of thirst – as well as the cost of bottled water were further reasons. I was encouraged to buy BRITA by the attractive ( and informative) packaging – not least by your 30-day guarantee. But my main reason was a lifelong reluctance to “economise” on a personal health-related product. Your recommended “tea test” was quite persuasive – conclusion visual demonstration that the BRITA effectively removes impurities as claimed. After drinking both cups of tea and appreciating the difference in clarity and taste, I noted the mug that had contained tap water was discoloured. The filtered water mug was left perfectly clean after drinking. One valuable product benefit not specifically covered on your card Is that the taste of Scotch is greatly enhanced by refrigerated filtered water. Your literature expresses thanks to me for buying BRITA. I rather feel the thanks are due to yourselves for making this product available.
